Yes, we do make "house calls"! We are asked often about "house call", we have included this provision in our services. And, very often the solution to your problem can be provided right at you home or office. Many have appreciated not having to bring the machine to the shop!

Our computer services include trouble shooting hardware, software, and operating system problems. Many times it can be very difficult to determine the cause of you r problem. With the experience of our technicians, often we can provide a possible cause, and solution, right on the telephone. In our shop, we can diagnose and provide a solution to the problem. PDS always lets you know the approximate cost before doing the work, if requested.

Upgrade and Product evaluation:
We evaluate the need, cost, and feasibility to upgrade computer system hardware. You can call or email for a consultation for upgrade evaluation or for the need for a new system. Sometimes the equipment or hardware you are told you need is not what is needed or is more than you need, or something else would serve you needs better. Let us help you evaluate that need so you can make an informed decision. |

Home Theatre and Audio Systems:
We also install home theater systems as well as audio systems for commercial establishments, including restaurants, retails stores, etc. We install the systems, or even trouble shoot your existing system. If you need recommendations, PDS provides consultation services also.
